12 Minute Fitness Blast

Not enough time in the morning for a full routine? Use this exercise routine as a quick shaper and energizer! It's recommended that you use a timer to keep track of each exercise. Add a little speed with cardio activities to burn off those calories a little faster!

This is a great routine that can be done indoors or out. You can even double up and do this once in the morning and once in the evening for a really great workout where you have no excuse about not enough time!

Keep in mind that there are many alternatives ways of doing push ups. They up can be done outdoors on a bench or against a wall, or even against your bed at home and of course the ground or floor! Choose an option that is most suitable for you when starting any new routine to avoid too much strain.

Take the opportunity to increase your flexibility! Stretching will help you in other exercises and gives your body time to recover in a good way! Remember to always consult with your doctor before starting any new program to make sure it is right for you!
