Quiet Apartment Workout

Here is a really great quick fix if you live in an apartment! Do you have kids sleeping, or don't want want to wake your neighbors stomping around? Or maybe you're travelling and want to have a great workout in your hotel room before you start your day!

You can even add simple items into your workout like tension bands, exercise balls, or light weights to add a little more benefits to your quiet workout! Be sure to play some of your favorite music on your music device with earpieces and add a little motivation and fun into your workout!

  • Kneeling Push-Ups
  • Wall Push-ups or Countertop Push-Ups
  • Abdominal Crunches

  • Standing Calf Raises
  • Bicep Curls (wth tension bands or small weights)
  • Front and Side Arm Raises with Bands
  • Squats
  • Knee Lifts
  • Lunges

  • Writing the Alphabet with Arms Extended
  • Tricep Dips (with a sturdy chair!)
  • Laying Side Leg Lifts
  • Plank Abs
  • Abdominal Crunches on Ball
  • Glute Kick Backwards with Each Leg

  • Russian Twist Abs
  • Ball Lifts (a great abdominal workout!)
  • Up and Downs: Stand tall, reach up, then reach down to your toes, and repeat.

Quiet workouts can really be done anywhere and are extremely convenient when running short on time, making excuses to not exercise no longer an option!
